[delivery]Where can I check if I entered the shipping event correctly?
You can check within 5 days after purchase in Estimated M-Cash under Mallrees My Page. After the order has been confirmed and arrives at our warehouse, the order will be shipped out for free or you will receive a discount on shipping automatically.
Please note that you must first fill out a shipping form.
If you cannot check your order information on your MyPage within 5 days, please send an inquiry through Mallrees 1:1 Inquiry with your order information (Order number, Order amount, and Order date) and we will assist you as soon as we can.

Normally orders successfully purchased after clicking through Mallree show up in your My Page within 5 business days after purchase. If your order isn showing up after 5 days from purchase, please send an inquiry with order information (order number, order amount, order date) to Mallrees 1:1 bulletin board .

For quick shipping times and in order to prevent warehouse storage fees, please pay for shipping first.
We will refund you after confirming order details with the store. *It usually takes up to 7~30 business days for us to check your order information (Maximum of 70 days)
Below are some reasons why your shipping event order may not show up correctly or receive benefits. Please refer to this list when using Mallree.
1.You made a purchase directly through a stores website or app.
2. You used a coupon code that isn offered on Mallree.
3.You went through another cashback or rewards site other than Mallree.
4.You didn go back through Mallree after your internet disconnected in the middle of going through checkout.
5.You placed multiple orders when only going through Mallree once (Only one order per click-through is valid).
6. You incorrectly filled out your shipping form (order number, Store URL, order amount, etc.)
7. You cancelled or changed your order or your order was cancelled or changed by the store after you completed your initial purchase.

If our order was partially canceled or delivered incorrectly, please contact the store you purchased from directly. For inquiries regarding the participation in the shipping event please send over the partial cancellation or incorrectly delivered order information to Mallrees 1:1 Inquiry for help.

For shipping event orders, you can only receive benefits for the order number that matches your order, and if you choose to use consolidated or combined shipping you will not be able to participate in the event.

No, you cannot receive M-Cash for a store when it is having a shipping event.
[delivery]Can I use Malltail's add-on service when participating in a shipping event?
No, you may not use Malltails add-on service for a shipping event order.
